What do you charge for services?
We charge a cost-efficient fee for coming out after hours and quote each job in writing before the work begins. All of our work is backed by a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
Are your prices different after normal hours?
We charge a higher hourly rate for work done after hours or emergency plumbing. Call us for a quote on 1300 44 33 06
How long will a water heater last?
Water heaters should last at least 8 years. With regular maintenance they can last up to 20 years in some cases.
How hot should my home’s water be?
Hot water needs to be stored above 60°C in hot water systems to prevent bacteria growth (such as Legionella), but a tempering valve ensures that the water comes out of the tap at a lower temperature.
If i call in for service on saturday will it cost me more?
We charge normal rates for a Saturday up until 3pm. After 3pm the hourly rate will change.
